When starting to work on applications, you have several options for cooperation, among others:

Yes, a contract is mandatory to start cooperation with Eternis. It is not legally possible to hire an employee without a contract.

The Eternis Billing Panel gives the driver full control over costs and revenue generated by mobile applications. It is used for day-to-day operation of the account, gives you the opportunity to add cost invoices, check the date and amount of the transfer sent to you after the end of the work week.

If you have decided to terminate cooperation with us, send us a notice of termination of the contract by email to: biuro@eternis.pl

If you don’t drive in a certain week, we won’t charge any commission, you only pay for active weeks!

In addition, we include in the amount of weekly billing:

Statutory charges for the commission contract you have – to be settled once a month / amount up to 92 PLN / all depending on the taxpayer status.

8% VAT on the Transportation Service (in the case of Uber Eats 23% VAT).

We take VAT settlements on cost invoices issued to our company (fuel, spare parts, tire replacement, oil, car wash, etc.).

From each invoice that you upload to the Eternis Driver Panel, we charge a BONUS equivalent to 50% of the VAT amount of the invoice.

If the amount of the transfer you have received is different than the one in the application (e.g. different amount for trips, no tips included, no bonus for referring a driver, etc.), write us an email to: biuro@eternis.pl adding a screen from the application with the settlement of the week in which the discrepancy occurred.

This is by far the fastest form of contact. Remember that we do not handle such issues over the phone – they require time, analysis of your income and potential discrepancies.

We divide your settlement into 3 transfers so that there is no doubt from what title the transfers appear in your bank account and for tax reasons.

The transfers you will receive:

Contract payout (net amount of standard contract payout)

Reimbursement – the equivalent of the settled expense invoices sent to us via the Panel.

Rental contract payout – the corresponding remaining settlement amount is paid from the rental of your car

NOTE: reimbursement ONLY within the limits of the amount earned! If you have earned, for example, 1000 PLN, and your invoice is for 1500 – the difference (500 PLN) of costs will go to the next settlement.

VAT is a tax on goods and services.

In the transportation industry, there are two main VAT rates 8% and 23%. 8% applies to passenger and TAXI transportation services, while 23% applies to other services.

Taking cost invoices related to our cooperation on our company (fuel, car inspection, tire replacement, etc.), in accordance with the contract, we take the VAT settlement on ourselves and you will be reimbursed for the expenses incurred in the periodic settlement. With this settlement, your VAT to be paid will be small or none at all.

Yes, after the end of the year a PIT-11 will be sent to each driver. The document will be available in the panel on the driver’s account in the “Download” tab.

Unfortunately, we cannot settle all taxes for you, but our accounting department can help you settle them.

We settle the 8% VAT for you and pay the tax on the contract of mandate/employment contract – later the employee gets PIT 11 and is required to settle on PIT 37 or PIT 36. The tax on the car rental contract PIT 28 (lump sum) or PIT 36 the driver must settle on his own.

PIT 28 is filed by April 30.

Income tax from the car rental agreement is paid by the driver independently.

If you are just beginning your adventure with a car rental agreement, you need to know that from the moment you receive the first rental income, you must remember to decide on the form of taxation of the rental. This must be done no later than the 20th of the following month. The deadline for submitting a statement on the form of taxation of the lease depends on whether you are dealing with the lease for the first time, or rather, it is a continuation of an existing agreement.

In the case of private rental, tax can be settled in two forms:

flat rate (8.5% tax) tax settlement on a general basis (18% tax)

You can report a change in the form of taxation in writing to the relevant tax office by January 20 of the tax year.

You can reduce the tax base by deducting costs related to the rental of the vehicle (i.e., for example, fuel, repairs or expenses for the purchase of equipment needed for work like a telephone).

You report to the US in person with the document, send it by mail or describe the transfer accordingly (your first lump sum payment in a given year will act as a declaration regarding the form of taxation of private rental) by the 20th of the following month after you receive the 1st payment.

Yes, as much as possible. If you have signed a contract of mandate with us, you are registered by us with the Social Security and have health insurance. Remember that you can also insure your family under you.

You can take invoices for:

• Fuel (remember the registration number on the invoice!).
• All kinds of repairs, car inspections, visits to workshops
• Mounts, chargers
• Parts for the car
• Car washes, car fresheners
• Replacement of tires, oil

Everything above related to the implementation of our Agreement. With these invoices, we take the settlement of VAT on these costs. Remember that only correctly entered details of our company on the invoice guarantee its acceptance and VAT reimbursement.

You can send invoices to us in the form of a scan or photo via the driver portal (Eternis Panel) or mobile application.

The invoice must be: • 100% visible • without folds • unstained • only one on the photo • without interference of graphic programs

Instructions for adding an invoice:

Select “Invoice entry” from the list

Fill out the form and attach the invoice photo to the form

Click “Send”

The added invoice must appear in the system as soon as it is added, if it is not there, there must have been some error.

If you uploaded a given invoice in the current billing (until Sunday 23:59) it will be added to the current billing. If you uploaded it on Monday, for example, the invoice will be added to a future settlement.

Yes. The registration number of the car on which you make trips is required on expense invoices.

A TAXI license is your pass to practice as a cab driver. The full name of the license is: License to perform domestic road transportation of passengers by cab. You can obtain it if you drive on your own business and/or employ drivers.

This is a convenient choice for those drivers who are not self-employed. You will obtain it from your fleet partner after submitting the necessary documents.

3. What documents are required to obtain a TAXI license extract?

To obtain an extract from your license, contact our Eternis License Point or visit us in person at our stationary office on 9A Saska Street in Warsaw during office hours.

The costs you will have to pay if you want to get licensed are:

• Medical examination and psychotechnical tests (from PLN 300) • Certificate of no criminal record (PLN 30 ) • Technical examination of the car and TAXI stamp (PLN 43 )

The cost of the license extract is entirely on the side of Eternis. Drivers who apply for a cab license extract in person, with a power of attorney from Eternis, are required to cover the official costs of PLN 17.

When changing partners and switching to Eternis, the driver has to go through the process of making a new car extract again. The driver cannot perform trips on another partner’s license. TAXI license extract is made for drivers on a specific fleet partner.

If you want to make trips in more than one city, you need to obtain an extract from the TAXI license for each city.

As much as possible, you can privately operate a car with a sticker, which is required by the resolution. However, be sure to remove the TAXI lamp from the vehicle.

Of course! However, please note that any rental car must be added to the profile along with the required documents (valid inspection and insurance policy) and accepted. It is not necessary to send a car rental agreement.
