Wondering what the benefits of working with Eternis are? Find out what you can gain! What can you be sure of?
We’ve got the answers!
Eternis is:

  • The largest billing partner on the market.
  • Partner recommended on the official websites of Bolt, FreeNow and Uber Eats.
  • Rental of fully equipped cars, ready to drive as a TAXI.
  • More opportunities to make money by renting cash registers combined with taximeters and cash registers.
  • Work Legalisation Point for foreigners.
  • Accounting Office at the disposal of drivers (after prior consultation).
  • Possibility of testing necessary for a TAXI driver.
  • Modern IT system for settlements (insight into earnings, history of payments, uploading invoices, etc.).

  • Forms of employment tailored to your needs (contract of mandate, B2B cooperation, employment contract).
  • Reliable, trained employees who will answer all your questions and dispel all your doubts.

Contracts necessary to start cooperation

When you start working using applications, you have several options for employment including:

  • Contract of mandate (the most beneficial for students)
  • Contract of mandate + lease contract
  • B2B cooperation (with own business)

If you are a foreigner, please contact our Work Legalisation Point for foreigners. An employee will help to choose the most advantageous form of cooperation.

Phone: +48 515 589 262

E-mail: oksana@eternis.pl

Yes, a contract is mandatory to start working with Eternis. It is not legally possible to hire an employee without a contract.

Yes, of course! In this case, the most beneficial form of cooperation will be B2B.

If you have questions about this, please email us at:

b2b@eternis.pl

Contracts required to start cooperation must be signed at the Eternis Panel: https://panel.eternis.pl/login

How to do it?

  • Register an account in the panel, enter the contracts tab and type in your phone number – a verification code will be sent to you functioning as an electronic signature. After proceeding further, select the type of contract and complete the required data.
  • After generating (printing) the contractor’s declaration and the contract of mandate, continue and enter the car details to the rental contract, which will also be generated automatically.

The Eternis billing panel gives drivers full control over the costs and revenue generated by the Bolt/Uber/Free Now/Uber Eats apps, but is not directly linked to any of them. It is used for current account maintenance, gives the possibility to add cost invoices, check the date and amount of the transfer sent to you after the work week is over.

All documents required to start cooperation are available after logging in on our website: https://panel.eternis.pl/login

If you have decided to terminate working with us, please send us your notice by e-mail to the following address: biuro@eternis.pl

Costs and payouts at Eternis

a) Contract of mandate bookkeeping:

1 app = 30zł (Free Now, Uber, Bolt, Glovo, Wolt)

2 apps = 50zł

Free Now+Bolt+Uber = 75zł

Uber Eats = 20zł

If there is a week you don’t drive, we don’t charge any commission, you only pay for active weeks!
Please add the following to the weekly fee:

8% VAT on Transport Services (in the case of UberEats 23% VAT).
Contribution to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) (due to having a contract of mandate) is a cost incurred only ONCE A MONTH, depending on your status (student, permanent job, etc.) from PLN 0 to PLN 92. That’s all!
Our company gives you the opportunity to offset VAT against cost invoices incurred to our company (fuel, car parts, tyre and oil changes, car wash, etc.). We give 50% VAT back on each invoice that you upload to the Eternis Driver Panel.
The above costs (VAT, Social Insurance Institution contributions) are the costs that EVERY lawfully operating Partner incurs.

b) B2B bookkeeping

In the case of settlements on a B2B basis the cost of settlement is PLN 30.
If you have any questions/concerns about working B2B, write to us at: b2b@eternis.pl

Yes, a contract is mandatory to start working with Eternis. It is not legally possible to hire an employee without a contract.

Remember, the Eternis Team makes every effort to have the transfer in your account as early as Tuesday morning*.

Sometimes it may happen that the transfer will not be processed on time – this stems from unforeseen situations, a system error, banking failure, delayed transfer from Bolt, Uber or Free Now and other circumstances that, unfortunately, we have no control over. Before you contact us about a transfer that has not been received, please check that all required documents in the Eternis Panel have been submitted (contracts). If you haven’t received your money transfer by Thursday 2 p.m., please let us know by sending an email to: biuro@eternis.pl (include your first name, last name and a short message “no transfer for week….”). We will try to identify the problem and intervene as soon as possible.

*transfers apply to Uber and Bolt apps

If the amount of the transfer you have received is different than that shown in the application (e.g. different amount for rides, no tips included, no bonus for referring a driver, etc.), please e-mail us at the following address: biuro@eternis.pl

This is by far the fastest form of contact. Remember, we don’t handle these matters over the phone – they take time, analysis of your income and potential inconsistencies.

We divide your settlement into 3 transfers so that there are no doubts as to the title of the transfers on your bank account and for tax reasons.

The transfers you will receive are as follows:

Payment resulting from the contract of mandate (net amount of a standard payment resulting from a contract of mandate), reimbursement of costs – the equivalent of the settled cost invoices sent to us to reduce tax. Withdrawal from the lease contract – the remaining settlement amount is paid for the lease of your car NOTE! Reimbursement ONLY within the limits of the amount earned! If you have earned e.g. PLN 1,000 and your invoice states PLN 1,500 – the difference (PLN 500) in costs will be aggregated to the next settlement.

Taxes

VAT is value added tax.
In the transport industry, there are two main VAT rates – 8% and 23%. 8% applies to passenger transport and TAXI services, while 23% applies to other services.

You can offset the tax by stating our company as the receiver of invoices for fuel, car inspection, tyre changes etc. All of the above are your costs, therefore we can deduct them from your tax. With invoices, there will be little or no VAT to pay.

Yes, a PIT-11 will be sent to each driver after the end of the year.

Unfortunately, we can’t do all your taxes for you, but our bookkeeping can help with settling them.

We settle 8% VAT for you and transfer the tax from the contract of mandate/employment contract – later the employee receives PIT 11 and is obliged to complete settlements using PIT 37 or PIT 36. Car rental agreement tax PIT 28 (lump sum) or PIT 36 must be settled by the driver himself/herself.

We file PIT 28 by 31 January.

The driver pays the income tax on the car rental agreement himself/herself. If you are just starting out with a car lease contract, you need to know that from the moment you receive your first income from the lease, you need to remember to decide on the form of the lease taxation. This must be done no later than the 20th day of the following month. The time limit for filing a declaration on the form of taxation of the lease depends on whether you are dealing with the lease for the first time or whether it is a continuation of an existing agreement.
In the case of private rental, tax can be settled in two forms:

  • flat rate (8.5 per cent tax)
  • general tax settlement (18 per cent tax)

If you don’t make a choice in the month after you receive your first rent, you will unfortunately lose the possibility of making a choice and “automatically” you will have to settle up according to the general rules. If your contract is continued, you must report it by 20 January. You can reduce your tax base by deducting expenses related to the rental of your vehicle (e.g. fuel, repairs, or purchase of work equipment such as a phone). You report to the Tax Office in person with the document, send it by post or describe the transfer properly (your first lump sum payment in a given year will act as a declaration regarding the form of taxation of private lease) until the 20th day of the next month after you receive your first payment.

Yes, absolutely. If you have signed a contract of mandate with us, you are registered by us in the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and have health insurance. Remember that you can also insure your family using your credentials.

Invoices at Eternis

Invoices showcasing expenses (fuel, car wash, tyre change) should feature the following data:

Eternis Sp. Z O.O. Sp. K.

Ul. Saska 9a

03-968 Warszawa

You can take invoices for:

Fuel (remember to include the license plate number on the invoice!), all kinds of repairs, car maintenance, garage visits, handles, chargers, car parts, car washes, car fresheners, tyre changes, oil changes, all of the above are your expenses, so we can deduct them from your tax. These invoices will result in little or no VAT to pay.
Remember that only correctly entered details of our company on the invoice guarantee its acceptance and VAT refund.

You can send invoices to us as scans or photos via the driver portal (Eternis Panel) or mobile app.

The invoice must be:

entirely visible,
without folds,
unsoiled,
one invoice per picture,

Select “Invoice Entry” from the list
Fill out the form and attach a photo of the invoice to the form
Click “Send”
The added invoice must appear in the system as soon as it is added, if it is not there, some error must have occurred.

If you uploaded an invoice in the current settlement period (by Sunday 23:59) it will be added to the current settlement. If you upload it on, say, Monday, the invoice will be added to a future billing.

Yes. The registration number of the car you drive is required on the invoices featuring your expenses.
